Class Description: The SK Strength Class is a 4 week class that focuses on improving overall strength through the use of dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and other equipment. Our coaches will instruct and teach proper form and technique in all exercises. This is a great way to strengthen and prepare the body for the demands of your upcoming season, no matter what sport you play!
The SuperKick Difference: Our mission ”Efficiency and purpose in every movement” is the framework of all of our programs. We make sure that each athlete understands and correctly performs each exercise. Our goal is to educate every athlete with the knowledge of how important the training he or she is doing and how it will positively affect them in their respective sport! The class focus will never be on the amount of weight one can move but the perfection and quality of the exercise movement.
