Welcome to the Adult Health & Fitness Program here at Superkick! We focus on creating a healthy life style and increase the confidence of our participating members through direct interaction with the trainer as well as a community relationship with your fellow members. The work outs are high intensity focusing on fat burning and muscle strengthening. This class is for the fitness enthusiast as well as anyone who wants to get into better shape. Your first session is free so come try it out and see how we can assist you in meeting your fitness goals!

Only $8 per class. No monthly contracts. Military & first responder rates: Please inquire
* After you attend 12 sessions in a month, the remaining sessions for that month are FREE! Never spend more than $96 a month for training!

Elias Chiatalas

Facility Manager, Adult Fitness Instructor & Sports Performance Coach Elias graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at SVSU, Elias was a member of the Track & Field team and competed in the GLIAC conference. Outside of athletics and academics he worked with a youth fitness program called Kids Run the Nation for two years and also did youth soccer training. With speed and running technique being his forte, he is currently coaching Speed School, Speed Agility and Quickness (SAQ), and Athlete Development clinics at Superkick. Elias leads SuperKick's Adult Health & Fitness program, and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
