Efficiency and Purpose with Every Movement

Sports Performance mission statement:

Efficiency and purpose in training and how athletes use their body provides the best results in all types of sports performance training. Training that is not efficient and is without purpose is never effective for athletes and can often lead to injuries or minimal results. Athletes who understand the purpose of every training movement and how to use their body’s energy with maximum efficiency get the best results in the gym and on the field.

About the department:

Our experienced coaches work with athletes from the age of 9 all the way to the college level. Our classes and clinics have been attended by athletes of all levels in all kinds of sports. SuperKick Sports Performance has worked with several high school teams and club soccer teams helping them achieve a higher level of fitness. We pride ourselves on teaching and helping athletes develop a higher quality of movement through speed and strength training.

Alex Conti
Alex Conti

Director of Sports Performance Alex has grown up locally and is a graduate of Olentangy Liberty and played for Blast FC out of Westerville. He has recieved a bachelors degree in exercise science from Otterbein University. During his time at Otterbein, Alex was a member of the men's soccer team that competed in the OAC conference. As a part of his degree program Alex was selected to be the University of Notre Dame's strength and conditioning intern. From his time there he received valuable experience and knowledge coaching several different teams including: Men's and women's basketball, hockey, baseball, softball, men's and women's swimming and diving, women's lacrosse, women's soccer and women's cross country. While at SuperKick Alex has worked with several local high school and club teams including: Olentangy boys & girls soccer, Olentangy Orange boys soccer, Olentangy Libery boys & girls soccer, Olentangy girls basketball, Olentangy Liberty field hockey, Olentangy Liberty girls lacrosse, Bishop Watterson boys soccer and U12-U18 CEFC club teams. In addition, Alex has worked with several individual athletes across many sports including: soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, football, gymnastics, track and field and hockey.
