Sports Performance mission statement:

Efficiency and purpose in training and how athletes use their body provides the best results in all types of sports performance training. Training that is not efficient and is without purpose is never effective for athletes and can often lead to injuries or minimal results. Athletes who understand the purpose of every training movement and how to use their body’s energy with maximum efficiency get the best results in the gym and on the field.

About the department:

Our experienced coaches work with athletes from the age of 9 all the way to the college level. Our classes and clinics have been attended by athletes of all levels in all kinds of sports. SuperKick Sports Performance has worked with several high school teams and club soccer teams helping them achieve a higher level of fitness. We pride ourselves on teaching and helping athletes develop a higher quality of movement through speed and strength training.

Specialized Sports Performance Clinics

SuperKick's Specialized Sports Performance Clinics will help any athlete develop the speed, strength, and agility required by their sport!

Our SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) clinics have transitioned into new “specialized sports performance clinics”. The clinics are offered in more focused groups for athletes who are looking for a challenging small group training environment to advance their athletic ability to the next level. Ages 9-12 Specialized SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Training

This age group will focus on teaching young athletes how to move efficiently and purposefully in their movements. Our goal is to help athletes understand how their bodies perform movements in sports in the most efficient manner which will provide them with an edge against the competition! Age group is limited to 8 athletes. This training will involve several key topics to build a strong foundation including:

  • Linear & multi – directional speed

  • Proper running form and technique

  • Explosiveness through plyometrics

  • Body weight strength

  • Change of direction

  • Balance and proprioception

  • Injury prevention

Ages 13-18 Strength & Speed Performance Training

This age group will focus on both strength and speed training. Great for those who are new to this type of training and are looking to build solid fundamentals that will translate to the game they play! Age group limited to 8 athletes. Athletes who are willing to learn and improve their level of performance are a good fit for this clinic. Key topics focused on:

  • Linear & multi – directional speed

  • Proper running form and technique

  • Explosiveness through plyometrics

  • Strength training

  • Change of direction

  • Balance and proprioception

  • Injury prevention

Advanced High School Strength & Speed Performance Training

This group is for advanced level high school athletes who are looking to take their performance to the next level and have aspirations of playing at the collegiate level. Participating in this class demands past experience with this type of training. Group limited to 6 athletes.

  • Linear & multi – directional speed

  • Proper running form and technique

  • Explosiveness through advanced plyometric training

  • Advanced strength training

  • Change of direction at high speeds

  • Balance and proprioception

  • Injury prevention
