Full Time Facility Manager

SuperKick is looking for a Facility Manager to over see daily facility operations. The Facility Manger would be in charge of implementing operational procedures, training and managing SuperKick facility staff, managing customer service procedures and policies, overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, and other additional responsibilities related to daily programming and events.

Full Time Director & Coach

TESA is looking for a full-time coach to run and operate high level soccer training programs for players at the competitive soccer level who have goals of enhancing their level of play. The director would be responsible for implementing and executing year-round soccer training opportunities for players in the U9 to U19 age groups. Programming would include but not be limited to small group classes, specialized training groups, camps, individual training, and team training.

Coach would be responsible for driving forward an established training program with a large client based by expanding training opportunities and opening up new avenues of services. This would include managing all administrative, marketing, and educational player/parent multi-media materials for the program.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience coaching and training youth soccer players. Training in a class, program, individual, and camp environment is a plus.

  • USSF and/or NSCAA coaching license required. "C" License, National Youth License or equivalents preferred.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of programming for players U9 to U19 age range.

  • Experience in a director or leadership role within a local soccer community working with players, families, and managing other coaches/trainers.

  • Physically capable of coaching for multiple hours on the soccer field each day and demonstrating/playing with players of a high level of skill and competitive level.

  • Experience using Excel, Word, and Powerpoint programs for business purposes.

SuperKick Soccer Coach - Part-time

SuperKick is looking for part-time coaches to provide high-level instruction and programming to youth players of various age groups and level. Coach should be passionate about teaching the game, understand the developmental needs of players of different age groups and level, and professionally manage training sessions.

This is a part-time position that mainly works evenings and weekends. Compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
